- Any unauthorized transaction through this Platform due to your fraudulent or negligent usage.
- Any unauthorized/fraudulent/erroneous use of or hacking or intrusion into our computer network by any third party due to your negligent or fraudulent conduct, or if we have taken due and reasonable care to avoid such hacking or intrusion.
